Licence keys are emailed by Lemon Squeezy (our payment provider) within a minute or two of payment, to the address you used at checkout.
Before emailing us, check:
· Your spam or junk folder — this is where it lands most often
· The exact address you typed at checkout (a typo sends it elsewhere)
· Your card statement — if there's no charge, the payment didn't complete and you can simply try again

Premium is a one-off £4.99 purchase, not a subscription — there's nothing recurring to cancel and you'll never be charged again.
Within 14 days you can request a full refund for any reason. Email help@getdoshboard.co.uk from the address you paid with, or reply to your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
Refunding releases your licence key, so Premium features switch off on your devices. Your plan itself is never touched — every pot, bill and goal stays exactly where it is, and the free features keep working.
Before you go: if something's broken or missing rather than wrong, a reply to that same address usually fixes it faster than a refund.
Your plan lives on this device, not on a server — so moving it is three deliberate steps. Do them in this order.

Your data, your responsibility. Plans are stored only in your browser. Clearing browser data deletes them — use Save externally → JSON for backups. We can't recover lost plans because we never have them.
